The music is as eclectic as ever, with some old school rock and roll, a show tune from the short-lived series “Galavant”, covers by Jake Owen and Barry White, a creepy original Weird Al Yankovic song, and of course, a song from Alice Cooper, the king of Halloween! Their daughter Abby confides in Eric, the geeky kid next door, and it becomes difficult to deny the budding romance between them. John and “Laura” have some real trust issues after she washes up injured at John’s remote fishing camp, while Joel and Sheila come to grips with Sheila’s sudden change in dietary needs. The stories are drawn from TV series “Fear The Walking Dead” and “The Santa Clarita Diet” and tells the tales of three different couples. That was the inspiration for this year’s CD and podcast.
